Sawing Simulator “SAWMILL” v3.0 SIMPLE

SAWMILL Simple is the light version of our popular sawing simulation solution. Program can be used in similar way as full version but financial calculations are not supported. Main target of the SIMPLE version is to offer affordable tool for visual sawing pattern simulation with sawing pattern handling  (save / load / print etc.) functions. Simple version offers the possiblity for cost-cutting in the companies where not all sawing process involved persons does not need the access to all financial data but still need to be able to read SAWMILL created sawing pattern files and print out the working orders etc.

Simulation results:

• Needed log diameter for created sawing pattern
• Yield (sawn timber, sawdust, chips, bark)
• Needed log volume to produce 1m3 sawn timber
• Square-edge optimization for side boards
• “Suggest” feature to find the best center cutting
